Rob Durnin | Composer and Sound Artist

Rob Durnin is a composer/performer and sound artist based in Copenhagen, and member of the contemporary music ensemble K!ART. His music often fixates on the characteristics and architectures of technologies, as well as novel manners of interaction with them. His work spans from chamber music, to interdisciplinary works, installations, performance art and ambisonic compositions.

 

Rob studied composition at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and​ his work has been presented at Klang Festival, MINU Festival for Expanded Music, Ung Nordisk Musik, Uuden Musiikin Lokakuu, Njord Festival and the BBC Proms.
